Bluebirds

Great news! Last Sunday, as you may know, I competed with other local songwriters to win a trip to perform at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville. The judges and audience chose me as one of four songwriters to advance to the final round of competition on September 16th!  Since there are three preliminary rounds, 12 songwriters will be competing in the finals, for six spots to travel to Nashville.

I had a great time getting to hear the other contestants’ songs and checking out the brand new Studio 1-A at KUT. It’s gorgeous!
